CAMP SANG-AN, ZDS—Members of the Tabak Defense Press Corps (TDPC) meet during the year-end Media Fellowship Saturday, December 11, with the Tabak leadership and other officers.
The Division Public Affairs Office facilitated the Badminton Fellowship Game held at the 1st Division Training School, adding a little twist on the event.
Despite the current health crisis, the Division held the fellowship, not compromising the minimum health protocols.
Thirty-seven TDPC members from different media outlets represented other members from Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Lanao del Sur, and Misamis Occidental.
The TDPC president, Ms. Divina M. Suson, reiterated the Tabak Defense Press Corps guidelines during the fellowship night. She also presented the supposed projects of the press corps but could not realize it due to the pandemic.
Meanwhile, Maj. Gen. Gene M. Ponio, the 1ID commander, thanked the TDPC members for their continued partnership and support to the 1st Infantry Division in its communication efforts and propagating factual information about the Philippine Army.
The TDPC members also expressed their appreciation to the Division Public Affairs Office for providing reporters and writers the necessary information to write their stories about issues of great value.
